Geo Constech Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 2008. We are a specialist geotechnical and ground engineering contractor and a manufacturer of polyurethane injection chemistry: we formulate our resins, make them at our plant in Alwar, own our injection plant and send our own trained crews.

The position we occupy
Material and execution under one accountability
Most firms in this field are either chemical suppliers who sell material but do not execute, or civil contractors who execute but do not formulate. We do both.
For each job the formulation is selected and, where needed, adjusted after reviewing the soil investigation, the groundwater chemistry, the geology, the water head, the temperature and what the treatment has to achieve. Gel and rise time, expansion, viscosity, cured density and strength, and hydrophobic or hydrophilic behaviour are tuned to the ground, rather than the ground being made to accept a standard resin. Where the site water is unusual, saline or sulphate-rich for example, the cure is checked against a sample of it before bulk work starts.

Tunnel rehabilitation and water ingress control
Pre-excavation treatment, curtain grouting against active inflow, crown and haunch injection, joint sealing and voids behind the lining.
Ground improvement and formation stabilisation
TAM staged grouting, self-drilling anchor grouting, permeation grouting and void filling beneath track and foundations.
Ballastless track re-levelling
Controlled polyurethane slab jacking under live traffic, with instrumented lift control.
Slope stabilisation and retention
Soil nailing, self-drilling and prestressed anchors, micropile walls, anchored mesh, shotcrete and drainage.
Seepage control and protective coatings
Polyurethane membranes and polyurea linings.
Ground investigation and instrumentation
ERT, GPR and MASW surveys, boreholes and laboratory testing, piezometers, inclinometers and movement monitoring.
Research and development
Formulated for the site, tested independently
Our research and development team designs formulations against site conditions, qualifies each batch and supervises field trials. Our formulations have been tested independently by two Indian Institute of Technology laboratories.

Triaxial and UCS tests on site soil
Soil from the Badi Patan Devi heritage site treated with our PU grout at 5% of dry weight: unconfined compressive strength from 148 kPa to 3,284 kPa; cohesion from 45 kPa to 560 kPa. Results for that soil only.
DrucPietra 2C on silty sand
Testing to ASTM procedures at a 5% chemical dose recorded a strength increase of more than 475% in the treated silty sand.
Plant and people
Our own pumps, our own crews
- Polyurethane injection pumps rated to 450 bar and 225 bar, two-component grouting pumps, a cement grouting pump and packer inflation pumps.
- Heated hoses and in-line static mixing for two-component work, with pressure and volume logged for every hole.
- A 10 kL reactor and mixing plant for formulation.
- A standing site crew for each grouting campaign: project manager, grouting engineer, supervisors, rig and plant operators, injection technicians, a QA/QC recorder and a safety steward.

Three ISO certificates, covering manufacture and application
All issued to Geo Constech Private Limited at the registered office, first registered on 14 March 2024 and valid to 13 March 2027.
Certified scope, as written on the certificates: “Manufacturing, import, and export of polymers, polyurethane based injection grouting and coating products, coating adhesive, systems and elastomers, including polyureas, epoxies and spray foams with design and consultancy including application suggestions and application.”
