Privacy notice

Who we are

Geo Constech Pvt. Ltd., Lower Ground Floor, A-34, A Block, East of Kailash, New Delhi 110065. Questions about this notice: connect@geoconstech.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms:

• the enquiry form: your name, organisation, phone, email, project location, details and any files you attach;
• the document request form: your name, designation, organisation, email, phone, the tender or project, and the documents you ask for;
• the calculators: your name, organisation, email and mobile number, before the results open. We email you a code to confirm the address. The numbers you type into the calculators stay in your browser and are not sent to us.

We do not ask for anything else, and we do not buy contact lists.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a site visit or a proposal; to send the documents you ask for, once we have approved the request; and, for the calculators, to send the code and to contact you about your work. We do not sell or share your details with anyone outside Geo Constech, except the services that deliver the forms to our mailbox and check them for bots.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and requests are kept for as long as they are needed to deal with your request and any work that follows, and for the period our accounts and contracts require. Ask us and we will delete details that are no longer needed.

In your browser

When you open the calculators, your browser keeps a small note (in its local storage, not a cookie) so that they stay open for 30 days. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes it.

Measurement

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It records pages viewed and the general type of device, not who you are. Your browser settings let you block it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address above.
