How a request works

Register once, then a person checks

  1. Register and ask

Tell us who you are, the project or tender, and the documents you need. Use your official email address.

  2. We check

A member of our team checks every request during Indian working hours.

  3. Documents by email

Approved documents are emailed to the address you gave. Nothing is published on this site.

  4. Ask an engineer

Questions on a specification, a method or a data sheet go to an engineer, not a call centre.

The documents are for evaluating Geo Constech on your project. Please do not pass them on.

Have a tender to price?

Send us the documents

Attach the drawings, the BOQ or photographs to the enquiry form, with the tender details and the dates. An engineer reads them before anyone calls you.

Why do you ask us to register?

So that our documents go to the people evaluating a project, and so we know whom to follow up with. Every request is checked by a person before anything is sent.

Can you fill in our vendor registration or pre-qualification forms?

Send them through the enquiry form with the tender details, attached as files, and our team will reply.

Do you sell material without applying it?

We are a contractor first: we design the treatment, make the grout and inject it with our own crews. Material for your own crews is supplied through Aqueon Global.

Can a consultant use your specification text in a tender?

Yes. The texts are product-neutral, with notes for the specifier, and come as editable Word files. Adapt them to the project and remove the notes before issue.

Need the documents today?

Register on the request form and choose what you need. If a deadline is close, say so in the message.
