Water

Tunnel water ingress controlLeaks and inflow stopped in tunnels, shafts and underground structures.Crack and joint injectionLeaking cracks and joints sealed, and structural cracks bonded, in concrete and masonry.Waterproofing and polyurea liningsPU membranes and polyurea linings for decks, tanks, tunnels and water structures.

Tunnels

Pre- and post-excavation groutingWater cut off and weak ground consolidated ahead of the face; voids closed behind it.Cavity and void fillingVoids above tunnel crowns, behind linings and under slabs filled without loading the support.Tunnel rehabilitationOld and operating tunnels: seepage stopped, ground consolidated and lining repaired, under traffic.

Ground

Track and slab re-levellingSettled ballastless track and slabs lifted back to level by PU injection, on live lines.Permeation and chemical groutingWeak, loose or wet ground strengthened and sealed by resins and gels that fill it without moving it.TAM groutingStaged grouting through sleeve pipes for shafts, foundations and deep excavations.Curtain and consolidation groutingSeepage cut-offs and foundation consolidation for dams, barrages, shafts and structures.Ground investigation and monitoringERT, GPR and MASW surveys, boreholes, lab tests and instruments, before and after treatment.

Rock, slopes and mines

Rock bolting and self-drilling anchorsRock bolts, self-drilling and prestressed anchors for tunnels, portals, slopes and caverns.Slope stabilisationSoil nails, anchors, mesh, drainage and rockfall barriers for slopes above roads, railways and towns.Mine shaft and strata treatmentWater sealed in shafts and declines; weak roof and face strata consolidated with resins and bolts.

We hand over a result, not a delivery note

Grout take tells you what went into the ground. It does not tell you what was achieved. So every job we take on is closed against an acceptance value agreed with you before work starts: a target Lugeon or permeability, a measured reduction in inflow, levels held under traffic, or a classified seepage survey.

Result Grouting

Five stages, all done by our own people

The framework developed by our managing director for grouting that has to work the first time it is tried.

  1. Investigate

Strata, water, water pressure and inflow assessed, with ERT, GPR or MASW where the cause is hidden.

  2. Design

Hole pattern, sequence, pressure and volume set in house, and written into a method statement.

  3. Formulate

The grout or resin made for this ground and this temperature; reaction time and viscosity adjusted at site.

  4. Inject

Our pumps, our packers and our supervised crews, working to the design, shift after shift.

  5. Verify

Check holes, inflow measurement and a second survey, then handover of the result achieved.

Field quality control

Six checks on every injection campaign

  1. Batch

Batch check on delivery: lot number, date of manufacture, expiry, and the A and B components matched.

  2. Ratio

Mixing ratio verified by mass on the first batch of each working day.

  3. Cup test

A cup test at the start of each shift, to confirm the gel time under that day’s conditions.

  4. Retained sample

A retained sample from each pour, time-stamped and kept for 28 days.

  5. Hole log

Pressure and volume logged for each hole, with take limits and stage refusal criteria set in advance.

  6. Verification

Independent verification of the outcome: MASW before and after, or a measured reduction in inflow.

On a running line, the repair has to fit inside the block, and the track has to be ready before the first train.
How we plan work on live railways

Working on live infrastructure

The structure stays in use while we work

Traffic blocks

Every task sized to the night block or the gap between trains, and the line handed back on time.

Overhead equipment

Drilling beside 25 kV equipment only under power blocks.

Monitoring while injecting

Levels, optical targets or other instruments set the pressure that is safe to use.

Safety

Work under our ISO 45001 system, with a safety steward in every crew.

Documents on request

Ask for the paper behind any claim on this site

  • Certificate of incorporation, GST, MSME and EPF registrations, and the pollution control consent for the plant.
  • ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certificates.
  • Client certificates and letters for the projects on this site.
  • Technical data sheets for the products proposed, and safety data sheets where issued.
  • Method statements, sample grouting records and QA logs.
  • CVs of the proposed site team.

The tender desk

Bring us in before the ground surprises you

We will visit the site, review the ground data and return a grout design and method statement before any commercial discussion.
